IB TWS Frustration...pages deleted!

fwiw the "dciijtglt" portion of the folder name is an encrypted version of your login id. If you have more than 1 account, you will have multiple folders that need to be backed up

The disappearing page thing just happened to me, too.

Restored from a backup file...but then for awhile I was not able to open my account window, and no positions were showing on the trade page!

I downgraded to 817.

It occurs to me (IB...if you are reading this) that just today I had made some changes to my layout; something I rarely do.

Did any of you guys who lost pages just make some change to layout before closing TWS last time? Maybe there is a connection.

I would suggest that you all stay away from Build 818; and if you already have it installed, I would downgrade to 817 until this gets corrected.
