I think the TWS 875 account window needs some changes and further improvements. I filled out an IB "Inquiry/Problem Ticket" July 27, 2007 for the account window and IB has yet to assign the ticket or respond to the ticket. I have never had such a slow and poor response on a "Ticket".
As for the new "Daily Statements", starting 9-17-07, I will have to reformat every statement prior to printing; Otherwise, I will be having to print all of the additional pages of the information I do not need or want. The new statements are a real time consuming setback for me.
As for IB and TWS overall, for my use they rate 5 stars, 10 out of 10.
