I couldn't get es future spread quote. It gave me error and require me to subscribe to Globex. I did subscribe to Globex.
Is it just me? or can you get the quote?
Talked to Customer Service, and they couldn't find the problem.
This is what I did:
type "es", and then "enter", click "FtrSprd", and then I got a pop-up box "Market Data Error bla bla bla" , told me to subscribe to Globex" (I did subscribe to globex).
