IB TWS doesn't show bid/ask but price

It Is one week - right after my negative posts on IB- that I have no Book on ES and others Futures.

If IB believe to create a problem to me , please be advised that I have a CME market depth from others providers. So I am perfectly geared up .

Wednesday The IB vSupport in Europe told me they were aware of this and that they were working on. after 7 days the problem is still there.

The cost I s waived since the hefty commission my trading generate to IB , but this is not correct at all and confrim my opinion on IB.
