IB TWS Charts not loading

How come IB charts do NOT show pre-market data? Even though
TWS shows prices(bid/ask) etc.

Is there a setting i need to do? I couldn't find it.

IB doesn't offer pre market data period.... I know MBtrading is working on the premarket data.... I use thinkorswim charts which offers premarket data......

In Chart Parameters, tick the box next to "Show data outside of regular trading hours".

I have the same problem. I set three charts screen to one group and when I change the stock name I usually receive the Loading... and no chart at all. Permanently.
