IB tws-can't login?

yep.if shaw doesn't fix it,i'll get telus.should have had it already but shaw has been really good.i'm waithing for them to ph me back. web trader does work
 
Webtrader doesnt allow me to hook up ninjatrader, and quotetracker and everything else. So, it is useless for me

I got news for u battleriver. I just did the test for the wireless. The dude that i stole the wireless from is shaw too, and it works. So, the problem has to the router. Are u using D-Link? I think we can fix it ourself. I'll check it out at market close.
 
I am pretty sure is the router. I check the wireless guy's router, it is the wireless D-Link. Mine is wired D-Link. I think the problem can be solved once i buy a new router at the market's close.

I hope u are not living in Fort McMurray which it takes 20 hours to drive to the nearest futureshop.
 
hi. i talked to shaw and they said they are having tons of calls about this. at least we arnt the only ones. i don't have router though so that won't be it for me. its strange that the wireless works. differnt protocols or something.
the shaw tech guy went through it pretty good but he has to send it to the higher up tech guys but he'll phone me back.as long as it doesnt last for too long. a day off is ok.
the weather must be pretty good in vancouver? :)
 
Yup. Prefect is all i can say.

I'm gonna go get the wireless router regardless. 60 bucks is worth it. I just dont think they can fix it too quickly.
