when I open BOOKTRADER I have to re-set the buttons' values (stop, limit etc.) when I chg from one market to another so...
in CONFIG>ORDER>DEFAULTS>FUT I set up ES and SB as sub menus for their defaults.
that didn't help.
how do you trade different markets thru BOOKTRADER without having to re-configure the buttons?
