IB Trouble

my IRA account was also fine while my trading account was down.. I think they are on different servers. One of their servers must of went down.

Each IB account is set to a server. I assume one might be able to contact them....

Moved fairly large sums both out of and back into IB in the last month or so during a futile house buying exercise. Went smooth as silk and everyone was quite competent and helpful.

Could it be your personality? ;-)

I had a hicup and lost connection about 6:40. Lasted about 5 minutes. FYI

I was connected to two different servers from 07:00 through 10:30, without any problems.

I WAS CONNECTED TO 2 DIFFERENT SERVERS & BOTH WENT DOWN AT DIFFERENT TIMES.
