IB Trading Hours

I'm new to IB. does anyone know trading hours with IB? Can one instinet early in the morning?? thanks

i think you can enter orders on Instinet as early as 3:30 AM EST.

Island opens at 7:00 EST and Redi at 7:30 EST

This morning I entered a order at 3:15 AM EST on Instinet.
