IB Trading eligibility requirements

Does anyone know the trading eligibility requirements for Futures and Future Options at IB?
I got permission for North America but can't seem to get permission for Europe.
 
@tony.m thank you for pointing out that thread.
Similar to that I'm non-US person in Asia trading under US IB entity.
I can trade US bond futures but for some reason do not have eligibility to trade European bond futures.
@def do you perhaps have any further insights?
