I'm trying to find a way to feed tick data from IB TWS to TradeStation 2000i.
In my first attempt, I bought the Dynastore LE program ($75). http://www.dynastoresoftware.com/IB/ Their instruction on how to install it seem to work. But I can't find anything on how to create symbol names in the LE program AND the corresponding symbol in Global Server in order to plot the data. At best, it seems that IB uses a symbol name like ER2-200506-GLOBEX for the Russell 2000 emini June 2005 Globex contract. But using that as a symbol name does not seem to work.
I searched further and found HyperServer Lite (and HyperServer On Demand). http://www.hypertrader.it/hserverl.shtml While the software is free and request only a donation to Doctors Without Frontiers, I can't seem to find someplace to download the program, much less any instruction on how to create symbols, etc.
I did look at Sierra Charting. Alas, they don't allow tick charts. http://www.sierrachart.com/Home/Static/IB.html
