IB swap rates?

IB doesn't seem to list swap rates for each currency pair, but rather just the rates for individual currencies.

Do I simply subtract them to obtain the swap, or is there a list I'm missing.

Check the 'Interest Paid' and 'Interest Charged' tabs, calculate your debit/credit based upon your pair and position.
