I am using Build 856.5.
It correctly calculates "Unrealized Gain" by subtracting from any profit the commissions due. This shows the net profit after commissions.
However, once a position is closed out, that amount moves to the "P&L" column but the commmissions are added back in. This then shows the gross profit before commissions rather than the net profirt.
Pleased have the commissions taken out of the P&L column

I would like to see:
a put/call ratio symbol that I can graph (i use QT for charting)
a prem symbol that i can graph (so i can piggyback on buy/sell programs)
the lack of PREM symbol is my biggest (about only) complaint with IB.
IB's charting is still horrendous imo, but I could not care less about their charting. Why anybody would use their charts is beyond me. I use their datafeed to chart through QT and it works like a dream

I'd like to be able to specify that API generated orders don't change the order focus in a window.
In other words if I'm manually entering an order and an API order is being modified or submitted on the same page I'd like keep the focus on the order being manually entered. Otherwise you can suddenly find yourself editing an order you did not intend to.

I would like a feature that could cancel orders in a group of stocks after a certain dollar amount or number of orders has been filled from that group.
Example:
Say I want to buy stocks MSFT, YHOO, GOOG, and AAPL. I want to buy a total of $10,000 worth of stock. I place limit orders below the market to buy $5000 worth of each stock because I don't think all of them will get filled. If two of the orders get filled I want the other two orders to be canceled.
No one knows of any software that already does this do they? I will probably end up programing an API to do this.

I would like to be able to place an order and instead of specifying a finite quantity for size, have the ability to stipulate "All", such that my entire position is subject to the order, regardless of the size of the position. This would allow me to enter a position with a stop-limit order, e.g.,
Buy 1000 AAPL at 50 stop/50.25 stop-limit.
If I am not watching the screen, I will not know if my entire order is filled on a rapid move up in AAPL. The "All" stipulation for a sell order, or a stop loss, would allow me to simultaneously set a stop loss and a profit limit order at the same time I enter my entry/stop-limit order without knowing in advance if my entire entry stop-limit will be filled.
