Do away w/ the auto-exit function. For someone who trades various markets there is no real "good time" to have the system exit out .....make it the default function to exit out and if the user wants to override this function make it available.

IB have made it clear that email is being phased out because of the difficulty of routing. Try the trouble ticket method.

I'd like to see sortable columns in the Market Scanner.

And also add a column for intraday "% in range"

More functionality with new high/new lows of day -- if tws can make the last price change colors off such criteria, I'm sure it can be incorporated into alerts and conditional orders as well.

My emails to them were polite,the insult bit came after ten days of not being able to get a quote and not getting any help from them.

Is there a way you can modify tws and not accidently delete lines with positions/symbols by pressing the "cancel" order button?

I make substantial use of the cancel button but I've occasionally deleted symbols with it! The cancel order button should be just that. It should NOT be a delete button too.

Can we get the scan function for Canadian Stocks as well? The DOM could be better as well.

Are you guys considering lowering margins for eminis? That would make you more competitive. Frankly, even TS Securities beats you in this respect and this is not the most aggressive kid on the block...
