Hi TMcKenna,

1. how long u been with GCI?
2. are u happy?
3. are transfers to your bank account always this prompt?
4. do stop & limit orders fill easy at the price you choose?
5. have you any bad experiences working with GCI?
6. when your position is near a strong support/resistence level and you tighten your stops really close (e.g. just 1 pip) to current price, does the position invariably get stopped out at your entered stop if the price reverses past the stop?
7. is your experience with the demo and live trading similar or very different?

Find a way to ensure that all tws version receive the same data and bulletins.
example - rmbs today had the stock halted. Only some received a bulletin notice of the stock being halted and once the stock started trading again tws only allowed some to trade the stock.
I personally still have the halted red line while several others have been able to trade the stock.
I am not sure if this is as a result of server location.

also notice that tws high and low volume of the day are not accurate throughout the day on stocks..it seems to be random?

ensure servers stay up on options expiry as last Friday's problems seem to be forming a regular habit?

IB,

B/C my pc is behind a company firewall, I always use WebTrader.

The problem is 50% of the time it takes 30 seconds or more for me to see the logon screen during regular market hours.

Can this be improve ?

I used a couple brokers before (Suretrade, ETrade, Ameritrade), IB is the slowest web interface (Logon screen only) I've ever seen. For example, Logon screen of Ameritrade always comes up instantly. If you can match Ameritrade in term of speed, I'll be very happy...

The Mobile trader link "https://wt1.interactivebrokers.com/MT3G/servlet/LoginS" is too complicate.

Can IB simplify it to something like "wap.ib.com" ?
 
Science has to get along with Art. This is a good example of Art. That's why in the University we have Faculty of Art and Science, not just Science alone.

No word on greeks (I failed to follow up after an initial mail as I've been out of town but will do so now).

JGB's: we're working on getting them in . It should be any day if testing goes well.
