Go into your BBG (assuming you're on BBG and not trading out of your mom's basement) and run "VIX (Index) EXC", then click exchange name, then click pricing. You'll see it's now $3/mo from CBOE, else 15 minute delay. For the $3, you also get a few other indices real-time.
