IB stops after hours

What is with IB stops after hours?

ES stops don't even work unless it is 9:30am-4:15pm ET.

Other markets are even worse.

Anybody know why? or other brokers that offer better service.

Make sure that the "trigger orders outside of normal hours" flag is on.
