The same thing happened to me. Entered a trailing stop order, and on the first change to a new price I got filled, nowhere near where it should have been triggered. I wish that IB would inform us of a problem like this.

To IB's credit, they sent me a letter of apology after the way they treated me on this issue. Still, it does not address the issue of why they don't inform their customers when this stuff happens.
