IB - Stock & Muni Bond Portfolio

Anyone know if IB allows account transfers (from another broker) that have a combined municipal bond and stock portfolio?

I have no need to trade the munis (just collect interest obviously), but occasionally trade stocks on margin against the value of the munis at my current broker.
