IB Spread problems??

Any of you guys notice higher spreads for forex trading in IB today?

It's march 17, 09:41AM GMT +7. The last news annoucement was USD discount rate cut a few hours ago.

The spreads are as follow in idealpro
usd/jpy as much as 4pips
aud/usd as much as 5 pips
eur/usd 4 pips.

This is very unlike IB. What's going on?
 
Not just IB. Hotspot is running wider than usual too. I also have a demo of Dukas on one of my machines to check them out and also notice that their spreads are running fairly wide also. Right now staring at 5/6 spread on USd/JPY. It's the banks. Not a whole lot of liquidity out there tonite.

Be careful trading tonite, or better yet, take a break until Europe opens.
