IB Smart Routing Order Failure To Execute

I've been with IB for years, but over the past few months their stock SMART order routing fails to execute my orders on occasion.
I send out the order, always three cents ABOVE the offer, if I am buying, it goes out on Island(why I do not know), and does not route to the exchange that has the best offer, sometimes it gets filled sometimes not.

It mostly happens on the SKF,TLT,IAI etc. I seems you are no longer able to eliminate a specific exchange from SMART routing. Since these stocks move so fast its impossible to direct route.

Anyone has this trouble? Any solutions?
 
Your facts, if true, indicate an extremely serious problem. The details of your orders should be reported to customer service, and they should be expected to provide an explanation or a solution. Posting a thread on elitetrader might be helpful, but it is not enough, and you must do more if you want to get this problem solved.
