IB: slow order entry today...anybody else?

hello friends,

in the last few days my globex orders (es mini) took a pretty long time (at least 4 seconds) to go live ("green").

i wonder if this is normal - or if there could be any problems with my or IB's infrastructure.

anybody out there with similar problems?
