IB server is down from 2020-06-18 18:24:20 EST

I'm using IBKR Hong Kong server and cannot get E-mini S&P 500 data from 2020-06-18 18:24:20 EST. The server is down for 4 hours and it is not recovered yet!

I solved. IB rejects IB gateway 978 from 18:24 EST. I updated to 979.4v and I can get E-mini S&P 500 data.

Anyone else still down? I'm getting several different errors;

1. "Attempting to Retrieve Data"
2. "Attempting to retrieve liquid data"
3. (No response)

Still had problem after I switched to 979.4v.

CTRL+ALT+F (which "refreshes" TWS--whatever that means) and a restart fixed me. The Rep I got wasn't answering any questions.
