IB will come out and say "ITs your fault.. the user... you should not be using our charts as they take up too much bandwith and its also your fault because you should know that the log files in your cache need to be cleaned out because our software is a hog....

Dont use their charts, never have. Only a half dozen quotes is all I ask. I now have qm but no minis.
 
I'm up too.
But in the process I lost all of my symbols.
Had to reenter the ones that I was tracking.
Not so bad since I only trade 1 and monitor some others.
If I had a page of 40 or several pages, I would be pretty upset.
