IB real time data for options

Which data should i subscribe to get real time data for options? I am using Interactive Brokers. They have quite a few with different prices.
 
IB provides free rt options quotes with the regular data sub, if you are approved for options trading. Paper trading accounts have the same approvals as your regular account.

If you want a a feed for a separate front-end, you can connect thru the IBKR API or get a paid sub from DTN IQFeed.
