In the ratings, Def accused me of not being a client. In a way, he's right, I'm NO LONGER one. I had so many problems with them that I dropped them. I have emails from his customer service to prove it. His accusations are very disturbing. Its nice to see that employees can rate their own firms. That's not too biased it is???
