Can I use Quotetracker to chart commodities, for example YG?

Maybe it's only for stocks and I overread it.
I get YG into TS 2000i via Metaserver RT without any problems. I can't figure it out in Quotetracker.

Really bizarre is: I get GOOG in Quotetracker without any problems, but wouldn't get even a single quote into Metaserver/ 2000i.
How can one and the same symbol transmit quotes to one program, but not to the other?
Are programmers born to torture me?

PS: I'm running the latest version (updated today) of IB TWS 4.0.

you can use QT for any symbols that IB supports. The symbol you would enter into QT would be:

ECBOTYG DEC 05

NOTE: must have 3 spaces after YG, 1 space after DEC

Your little program is quite fine. For some uses I prefer it to Tradestation. I especially like the thought out details like the "candle countdown".
