IB Quote Problems

Is anyone missing option prices today in tws? I have logged off and on and am still missing some option prices. Prices coming through on qcharts.
 
IB Data Subscription:

If CBOT offers them for free, can I subscribe to this Mini-Contracts ONLY ?
With CME I do have the choice: E-Mini or all quotes. With CBOT there is no such choice.
 
Today, IB's quote problems are as bad as I have seen. I would not want to be placing any orders today. Stuck quotes, lagging quotes, no quotes, and etc.

OH BOY .... looks like its laundry time

hope I do not find out later I got taken to cleaners

with any late fills on my 2 stuck orders

IB's System Status
4/03/2002 09:44 EST Some customers may experience order routing and pricing issues, we are working on resolving this matter. All other IB systems are operating normally.

IB's quote feed is really falling apart. I'm looking at quotes for KLAC which are stuck at 65.78 x 65.81 . It's very wierd. Some quotes are moving but others are frozen.

These guys quote feed is less reliable than Quote.com QFeed!!!!

I had a stop to short sell STEL @ 7.80 all morning and looked and noticed the quote was froze. My other quote program said $7.40 x 7.45, meaning I should have been filled and up .35 or so profit. This means their execution side is froze as well? Anybody know whats going on? This market is bad enough to have to deal with this.

Do yourselves a favor and _STOP_ trading - intermittent Internet problems usually come in waves.

I think IB is having the same problem as many other brokers that have experienced a rapid expansion of their customer base. IB has let their hardware upgrades and customer service fall behind their rapid growth rate. This hurts us all, IB included.

I have an account with a RealTick data feed and order entry and I have not had any problems with it in ages.
