i did call to NASD and they agree that this is sucks because there is no single word about this in rules-it is broker own policy and nothing you can do.
what also sucks -that after i speak with two IB CS-i got two different numbers- 25 and 90 days. heh..what a joke..

It's not surprising that they gave you this answer. Margin rules and scenarios are complicated, and it is unlikely that they were able to understand the entirety of your situation via a phone call. Even from your writings here, it is difficult to determine exactly what your situation is.
