Has anyone had problems with IB this morning? I switched to their simulated account a couple of weeks ago to try some new techniques, and all of my orders have been hanging this morning. I haven't had a problem like this with the real TWS for years. Is it just the simulated account or me?

I had the same problem with simulated trading. Has anybody had the problem with REAL trading? That would be worrisome.
Yes, there are/were problems. Orders took (still take?) anywhere from 2 to over 30 seconds to to get confirmed by an exchange.
Phoned IB about the problem, they promised to call me back. Still waiting...

6 live trades (stocks) so far this morning. no problem.

we are presently down now and have been very slow all morning with being frozen just after open for approx 5 mins.
IB is slow on taking orders and executing today.
