Ib problem

My trader work station sometimes goes black. For example, The entire window will go black in color and my program manager doesnt say it stopped responding until I try to end the program from the manager shell.

I called IB and they had me reload my monitor drivers,but nothing seems to work.


Any ideas???

re-download the java script perhaps?

it happened to me as well. I was told that if I had funny problems with TSW window, to move it from one screen to the other screen, and back. Don't ask me why, but it worked.
