IB problem with Ensign Chart

I have a FA account with IB. When I use this account with Ensign chart i get screen pops up like the TWS help screen or the account summary screen every minute. Funny thing is i have another regular IB account and it does not have any problem. If i use an older Ensign version then there is no problem. I called Ensign and they say it is an IB TWS issues and of course IB can't do anything to help.

Does any one have a similar problem to mine?
 
I have regular account with IB and I have screens popping up after market is closed and only once per window. Once I close windows, I am good until next day. Very recent problem 2-3 weeks or so.
