IB possible problem tonight

We are in the process of re-starting all credit managers. All customers will be able to trade shortly. Please contact the HK helpdesk if you need to confirm order status, cancel orders or place closing orders.

Probably wouldn't make a diff since it's the credit manager with the problem (don't remember ever having that be a problem before)

Hmmm. Still not up - maybe the file systems are corrupted.
