IB, pls credit my wired money immediately!

I just called IB customer service who told me that all wired (in) money will be held for one day. But IB website says: wire will be 'Credit to account is immediate upon arrival.'

In situation like today, please put more people working on funds and banking. It is a shame that customer wire their money but still get their margin liquidation because slow process funds from IB side!

If you completed the wire instructions and notifications correctly, your funds should hit your account shortly after they hit our account. The process is automated and is thus highly dependent on the banks timing in sending the funds.
