[IB] phone or email as soon as every execution

Dear-

I am not sure whether the followings are possible, hopefully in IB.

1) As soon as my order of MSFT BUY $60 is executed in IB server, I like to ring my (personal) cell phone to alert "MSFT is bought at $60". In case I am out of states and no phone signal reaches from US, hope my portable smart device (with NO phone) alert me.

2) As soon as MSFT comes down to my target point of $61, I hope to hear from my phone (smart device).

Any comment or suggestion is appreciated.

Probably not what you want, but it seems like you could run the IB app on your Android or iOS phone. It has got to have some sort of alert system so that when trades get filled the app would make a noise on your phone. It wouldn't be a phone call, but it would just be an app notification.
