IB , penny spread

Why suddenly ( in the last 2 days) I am getting "Invalid Price" message on any spread when I'm trying to enter 16c or 19 or 21 cents ? What changed ?
 
you have to give a net credit for a credit spread and a net debit for a debit spread.. are you sure you got that part of it correct?
 
I called IB about that today. They said they are aware of the problem and are working on it. It's costing us some money until it's fixed. They did not say when it will be fixed.

thanks yucca , so its not just me...
Another problem occurred...I bought long calendar ( short May+long June) for 15 cents and they charged 75$ per calendar like I did the opposite ( long May + short June).
I just don't understand where this mess is coming from , just a week ago everything was OK (including PM margins).Did only 20% of my usual volume ; no way I'm trading normal size under those conditions.
