IB payed up to now no credit interest for universal accounts with euro base

For August the euro-interest was settled in the first days of September.

But up to now for September, only the credit and debit interests for "$" are settled.


A trader-friend of mine has the same prob. Anyone else?

Def, how could this happen? Not very serious...

Just an idea - is the balance in your EUR account >10.000 ?

Sent you an e-mail. If there is an error, we'll resolve it ASAP. I can only pass on the info to the treasury group as I'm not clear on the ins and outs of the accounting policies and timing on the universal/multicurrency account.
 
Thanks on Def, the treasury deprt. has corrected the error and credited me the interest for September.
