You can now reset the password for your paper trading account by logging into Account Management from your "live" account. No need to contact the Client Services Group. See link below for details:
I do not see "Reset Paper Trading Account Password". Is it because officially no paper account yet? I remember that new paper account is open somewhere.
Can you please try the: "Manage Account", "Security" and then "Reset Paper Trading Account" menu options from your live Account Management application again?
