Is it IB or CBOE deliberately manipulate quotes? Quotes on my screen now have many chances to freeze or misrepresent itself (price/size). Sometimes, my order is not in the size. F ck whoever does this.

the REAL traders change their quotes according to changes in the underlying as well as volatility, and other bids/offers which pop up....... no you cant pick them off they are too good and too fast
for a sniveling crybaby
