IB options spreads

Is anyone else having trouble creating spread combos (calendar or diagonal in my case) in OptionsTrader today?

When I create one, I don't get bid/ask/size -- with either the latest TWS or the latest TWS Beta.

And if I click on the ask to place an order, it opens the full order ticket instead of immediately creating an order line.
 
I got an answer from CS:
