IB NYSE Up/Down Volume and A/D

Does anybody know what the proper IB symbols would be for:

NYSE Up Volume
NYSE Down Volume
NYSE Advancing
NYSE Declining

I have not been able to find any symbols listed on the IB symbol lookup for these except for AD-NYSE-NYSE-IND (NYSE Issues Advancing/Declining), which doesn't want to backfill for AmiBroker.

I use nyse:$ad-nyse for a/d. You can create a portfilo page for market statistics that will give you quotes for all of them but if you want to chart them that wont do you any good.

That doesn't look like a valid format to use with AmiBroker and it doesn't work for me. I already have a market statistics screen in TWS, but I need to chart it. Thanks anyway.
