IB - notification procedure for busted transcation

I can assure you that we assign the highest priority to ensure that customers are made aware of busted trades as soon as possible.

We will contact the customer the fastest way that we can, in order to alert them asap. Telephone, bulletin direct to the TWS, and e-mail are all used.
