IB - No prices in crude futs and No cust service

Hi:

It is 6 12 pm est (NY) there are yet no prices in any of the crude oil contracts....am I expecting something that shouldn't be......


FURTHERMORE.....when I try to contact live chat "customer srvice" NONE of the option chats is available...

Is the company out of business??????

What is the date of the contract and when is the market closed?

There is a 45-minute break each day between 5:15PM (current trade date) and 6:00 PM (next trade date).

Well then you are smarter then me about this suff. I had an expired contract up on monday and was wondering WTF.

Thanks for the compliment ...but I doubt it....simply right click on ANY contract and go to contract info description and it gives u the basic details.....or else on Bloomberg...look up the contract and type DES for description.....good luck

Yeah I figured it out, luckly for me I only watch the prices for the contract and don't trade it.
