IB No Longer Displays Realized FX PnL

Quit bitching. The message center / account management is working fine. While I have had multiple problems with IB over the past year, they have either fixed the issue or gave me a satisfactory explanation on why they did things a certain way.

I merely report the facts

Go to the Account window in TWS and make sure that the little arrow to the left of "FX Portfolio" is pointed down and not to the right. If it is pointed down (click it a couple of times to test) then TWS will display your FX positions in the Realized P/L column.

yeah, down opens the window, and right closes it, but does not solve my problem, the problem is I see unrealized PnL, but not realized PnL, realized is alwasy zero until I close then the position vanishes, it use to stay there showing a position of zero and what the realized PnL is until it reset at midnight.

It's really quite simple

You go to file

Open settings

and just choose some day in the past when everything was working

wipes out everything in tws and I mean everything

but it fixed my problem

and yep there it is -$787 loss in CHF, now I'm happy
