IB-AN was excellent! We wallked through the process to make sure I wasn't screwing it up, and then he brought on tech support and they checked things on their end. When I still wasn't getting the emails they gave me the confirmation I needed to get the account process started.
I am very pleased with the response, and the help that IB-AN gave to me. I will follow through with my account based on my experience.
I will look into finding a different email to use, as there is something wrong with Roadrunner. There tech support was not real helpful. The emails didn't go to a spam box, they have just disappeared in the RoadRunner system. I am left wondering how many other emails have vanished that I didn't know about.
