This has nothing to do with tightness of the markets. The stop was triggered during a freefall from 1.1767 to 1.1721 resulting from economic news. The movement happened in a split second. the trigger-to-execution difference reflects the speed of the pro market.

Dear IB,

when will you guys "unlock" all the USD crosses that I see in TWS but I can't trade?

USD vs. NZD, DKK, SEK, NOK?

I can select the symbols in Idealpro Forex but I can't trade them. How long will we have to wait?

I just read on the previous page that IB is working on adding NZD , DDK and NOK. And I just saw USD.SEK is already available!

Any estimated deadline on this addition? Are we weeks away or months? Thanks.

Ibj,

Why don't you guys add the Ruble. Russia is one of my hot markets I can only trade through an ETF.

Ruble is still not a deliverable currency outside of large size transactions amongst banks. It is only available as an NDF (non-deliverable forward). Same goes for Brazil (although this is starting to change), Korea, China.

that is what I thought. Saxo bank is now offering it. So I was curious. I know you guys have looked at Russian Equities and was curious to your next offerings.
