IB- my ZN stop orders trigger only during RTH

Using TWS Build 855.5 with java version 1.5.0_04

At night tried to place an order to enter ZN on a stop or stop limit. Either way, a clock symbol came up saying only during RTH. But when I tried a limit order TWS accepted that.

I checked my "Global configuation-Order-Order defaults" and no "RTH only" boxes were checked. Also under "Stop Trigger Method" I DO have the box checked for "Allow triggering outside of RTH"

I also entered orders to initiate currency futures positions on a stop and there was no such problem.

Why is the ZN stop giving me RTH only?
 
I had the same problem and was told the clock graphic was a bug for after hours stop-limit orders on ecbot (order was still active). After upgrading to build 856 the clock disappeared.
