IB MOO Order question ??

According to IB's Users Guide, Market On Open orders are only available for NYSE or AMEX listed stocks.

Since market orders are not accepted in the pre or post market, If I enter a market order on a NASDAQ stock in the pre-market, won't this execute at the market at the open ? If so, wouldn't this effectively be the same as a MOO order ?

Only limit orders are accepted in the pre-market. I want to buy NASDAQ stocks at the MARKET at the open. My question was can I enter these as market orders in the pre-market so that they execute at the market at the open ???
