IB MOO/MOC question

I'm contemplating opening an account at IB and I was wondering if someone could help me out with a simple question. Lets say I have a $10000 position and want to sell it all MOO/MOC. I also want to use all of the proceeds from the sale for a MOO/MOC buy order. Is this possible and/or will IB not allow me to do that? Thanks in advance.
 
I am sure someone with an Interactive Brokers account knows this (or knows who I can ask before opening an account). I guess I am wondering whether something like this will require margin or is even possible, considering both the selling and buying with the same funds will take place simultaneously (at either MOO or MOC).
