IB MACD not accurate?

Anyone else have different "versions" of the MACD on Interactive Brokers? ie you refresh the chart and the pattern changes. I'm using the one minute ES chart.

I talked to tech and they said they couldn't recreate the problem and it would take a while to correct since I'm the only one affected by this, which I find hard to believe.

Anyone experience problems withe MACD?
 
If when you refresh the chart it uses ib's 5 second data (correct to all highs and lows) but when its live it uses their live data (0.2 second snapshots so some prices are missing) then you will see that happen. I don't know how IB form their charts though ... I use Sierra Chart.
 
Using IB charts you will lose money I use QuoteTracker its free you get the data from IB but the charts are more stable and more accurate
